• The Avicenna logo on the dial
• Optional personalization: your name beneath the logo
• Inspiration from an existing model you love

How it works

1. Click “Start Your Request” to send us your ideas via the contact form.

2. We confirm all details with you by email.

3. Only after everything is approved do you return here and click “Confirm and Order” to complete payment.

4. We begin production and keep you updated until your watch is ready.

⚠️ As this is a fully custom product, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Each Avicenna watch is hand-assembled in the Netherlands, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. This careful process takes 2–3 weeks, ensuring a timepiece of lasting quality.

All Avicenna watches come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your watch is faulty within this period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.

Not satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the watch is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories. Start your return via our Returns Portal and see full details on our Refund Policy. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.
