Avicenna Watches – Return & Refund Policy
At Avicenna, we take pride in the quality of our timepieces and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the return rights set out below, in compliance with Dutch and EU consumer law.
Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The watch must be in brand new condition — unused, unworn, undamaged, and with the original hang tag still attached.
- All original packaging, manuals, and any included accessories must be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If the product is in brand-new condition, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
- All returns are handled through our online portal. Simply log in at account.avicennawatches.com and select the product you’d like to return.
1-Year Warranty
All Avicenna watches come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your watch is faulty or damaged due to a production issue within the warranty period, please contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Any broken glass on the front or back of the watch, or damage caused by excessive use, is not covered under our refund policy.
